OWNR does real estate leasing for private residential properties, i.e. we buy properties for our lessees. This helps you as an estate agent because we can decide and buy very quickly.
We are the only provider in Germany and therefore we are very happy to work with you as an estate agent.
We are often seen as an alternative for properties that do not sell quickly - e.g. because the market currently has few liquid buyers. We want to change this and work with you to facilitate faster transactions - our best time is 10 days until our notaries send out the purchase contract proposal.
We need you as an estate agent so that we can buy faster and give the real estate market a higher transaction speed.
And we don't want you to do this for nothing, because we want to buy your best properties as quickly as possible.
That's why the following applies now: If you offer us new properties and we buy them within 4 weeks, we will pay you an additional 1% commission (gross).
